FAQs
What is coaching?
Coaching is about taking conscious steps towards a more fulfilled life, by diving deep into what’s important for you and what might be holding you back from living your best life. There is so much I’d love to share with you about coaching and how it works, the best way to find out more is by scheduling a free, no obligation chat with me here so I can answer any questions you might have.
How is coaching different from therapy or mentoring?
There are some similarities between coaching, therapy and mentoring, but the distinction I like to use is that coaching differs from therapy because it is focused on your experience in the present and what you want to achieve or who you want to be in the future. We won’t be delving into past traumas or looking at the past in our sessions. It’s important to note though that this is not surface level coaching. I offer a whole person approach, meaning that emotion is very welcome in our sessions, from tears to laughter and everything in between.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
I offer packages of 6 sessions, excluding the initial free session. My sessions are 45 minutes long but it’s best to have an hour available. I have many clients who choose to have ongoing coaching with me and repeatedly book package after package, but it’s also very much OK to book 6 sessions and come to an end after that, it depends on your personal preference and needs. I generally recommend to have one sessions every 2 weeks so the 6 sessions last 3 months, but some clients prefer to have one a week or less frequently.
I explain my rates in my initial free call with you, you might be surprised by how affordable coaching can be.
