I’m so glad you’re here. Imagine for a moment having someone you trust, someone with your best interests at heart, listen to you without judgment, without interrupting, and without steering the conversation back to themselves.

What would that be like for you?

Sometimes people get to a certain point in life and realise that they’ve never really taken the time to pause to reflect on what’s most important to them. They might not even know what their values are, making it difficult to assess if they are living in alignment with them. This can leave us with a lingering sense that something is missing. We can often find ourselves repeating old patterns, engaging in the same behaviours without understanding why. Life transitions can also leave us feeling untethered - from redundancy or a career change, to becoming a parent, retirement, finishing university, bereavement, a milestone birthday or moving country.

Together, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental (and sometimes playful) space to explore, reconnect with your true self and identify what might be holding you back from fulfilling your true potential.

I’m certified in the most reputable and rigorous coaching methodology globally and also by the International Coaching Federation. We’ll work together to help you achieve your goals and also to live in alignment with your values and purpose. We’ll partner together to help you clarify what you really want, uncover the obstacles in your way, and take meaningful steps toward sustainable, positive change.
